Becoming a Weapon

B Avatar

I feel an emptiness, a confusion with how so many are passive in their own existence. Is this current state, what the universe has in store for humans? We grow divided, fragile, and cursed with ever-shortening attention spans. I seek those who sense this calamity, who look out at the world and see the need to become a weapon. To refuse to become complacent with stagnation and become competent in ways most cannot comprehend. A need to turn your weakness into armor, your failures into knowledge and your victories into first steps. Not only to become greater in a traditional sense but to become a new breed of great that will stand as the example of strength for generations.

The short-sightedness of dominating forces in the world is creating numerous apocalyptic future events. Our world is in crisis, we are plagued by weakness. We are overweight, drug-addicted, and gradually losing the ability to think critically. There is a chronic decline in personal responsibility, development and an atrophy of bravery. It is the responsibility of anyone awake enough to strive for the only hope of our posterity. The hope that my childrens children will have the opportunity to know what it means to be great. We are not all born equal, trust funds, genetics and luck guarantee that. However, it is within our grasp to secure the ideals that should stand for all time, while cremating the blunders we find our way of life ensnared in. Rather than complaining about unfixable issues, begin by becoming a person who wouldn’t have let it happen in the first place.

There is a moment in all lives that have ever been lived when excuses stop being relevant, make today your moment. Care not for the actions of others but make your own actions as deliberate as life itself. The necessity lies in changing you. Becoming a Weapon.

Find what gives you a sense of importance, and direct yourself towards it. Examine where you are allocating your resources. What do you spend your time and money on? What do you think about? Do you chase sex, money, power?

Now hold yourself accountable, does your resource allocation align with who you want to become?

Continue your journey, keep reading

Stay Powerful,
